2008

School:

  • Construction of classroom

  • Desks and chairs in classrooms

  • Trophies for good performance for school children

 

2009

School:

  • 15 Ceiling fans in classrooms

  • Miniauditorium construction

  • Sports equipment for school kids

  • Dental hygiene kits

  • Hemoglobin checks for school age kids

  • Stationery to all kids

Village:

  • Blood donation camp

  • Eye camp – 200 glasses distributed, 30+ cataract surgeries done

  • Women empowerment programs being supported and developed

 

2012-2013

School:

  • Computer room remodeling

  • Nine old computers repaired

  • Five new computers added

  • Computer literacy made a regular part of curriculum

  • Tyagi outdoor stage built

  • Bicycle distribution – 20 for needy girls walking 3 km to school

  • School library created

  • 35 Keyboards added

  • Wall projector for school

  • English education cards distributed to High School and 7 primary schools

  • Exhibition conducted by school children in December 2012.

  • Stationery supplies for one year for Primary School in Burgula

  • English education – English speaking in assembly and classrooms started

  • Sports equipment for school children

  • Supplementary education -  Evening classes for school kids

  • Summer classes for children

Village:

  • New clothes distributed to 25 needy children

  • Computer camp for the youth; 80 youth trained in computer literacy

  • Three new personal computers for Mr Shankar, Ms. Sunita and Ms. Priyanka after giving training

  • Employment generation for youth – 13 youth trained in driving

  • Employment provided to four village youth for development work

  • Five sewing machines donated and Center for training started; 30 women trained in 6 months

  • 3 weeks camp conducted in the village when Dr Alok Agrawal stayed in the village and interacted with children, teachers, youth and other elders in the village

  • Supported Chaitanya Seva Trust, an Ashram for senior citizens

  • 2 Kindle devices

  • Camera given

  • One minivan bought for daily work

  • One motor cycle bought for daily work

  • Women empowerment programs

  • Seva Mela visit by team members

  • Community library started in KashiReddy Guda
