Channelizing energies in the right direction for the development of the community is important. We counsel and provide them information about skill-training programs and employment opportunities with emphasis on income generation.

Some contributions, so far include:

• Training in basic computer skills
• One hundred personal computers provided
• More advanced computer training outside the village
• Assisting 500 young men and women obtain driving license and find employment for some of them
• Skill training, some with guaranteed jobs, such as mobile phones and computer repair programs
• Send girls to BIRED to learn fashion tailoring, maggam and zardosi handicraft work and skills to work in a beauty parlor as part of their 45-day residential training
• Providing employment to about 100 youth in Pragathi Welfare Society
• Conducting sports competitions
• Youth pragathi (progress) walks
